It's a musical self-help gold mine. A simple challenge. A challenge for people wanting to do things differently. For people who want to do more. A challenge that could change your life. This is about more than guitar - it's about a happier and more fulfilling life.
What you'll find here is a comprehensive guide that provides direction for the learning and application of several foundational pillars to creative expression, including technique, music theory, fretboard fluency, and improvisation, all tied together with creativity at the center and interspersed with a buffet of food for thought that will help you let go of and change limiting beliefs and mindsets.
At the core of this course is the underlying belief that we all already have creative potential within ourselves. We may have lost touch with expression due to any number or combination of circumstances, but what we need from ourselves is already here. So, to better learn and channel our innate creativity, we need to relax, slow down, let go of expectations, get comfortable, and gain control and understanding of what is already here before we go deeper and explore further (both in regards to ourselves and topics of learning).
